Called and told Keith we were driving in (2hours away) and he called and told us the one we were coming to see had just sold. The fact that Keith took the time to call us really showed that he was about the customer, not just the sale. We went on in to see the inventory at our choice , drove 2 different Range Rovers. Just wasn't sure on what we wanted so we left without high pressure to think about it. Researched more online and called Keith the next morning with the one I wanted. We emailed Keith with more information on financing and went in later that afternoon, completed paperwork, waited for the finance dept to get it all ready and Boom! Keith had our car ready and waiting once the paperwork was signed! Easiest process ever! Recommend Keith and Ecarone completely! More
