From the time I scheduled our test drive, to the time my wife and I drove off the lot, eCarOne was nothing but extraordinary. This above average car dealership has some of the best kepted vehicles in the metroplex. Their attention to detail is obvious and customer service second to none. A BIG shout out goes to my man, SAMMY KHADER! Sammy was our sales rep the 2nd time around and he was nothing but brilliant. Talking about first impressions.....WOW! The advice and getting us through the paperwork via telecommuting was amazing. All we had to do was come pick up the car when it was ready. I would only recommend to friends that they go during the week-obviously Saturday is extremely busy-but still very manageable. Thanks again Tricia-I love my new car with extended warranty!! :) More

Walked in with the check ready, car was not Contacted dealer 5 days before I came to the dealership. Put down $400 deposit on the car. Walked in with the check ready to go. The car was not r Contacted dealer 5 days before I came to the dealership. Put down $400 deposit on the car. Walked in with the check ready to go. The car was not ready. It was still running a code for a sensor they had 'fixed'. Instead of taking it to a certified Equus dealership to have the warranty issue fixed they thought they would do it inhouse. Last time I checked that would have voided the warranty on the parts they messed with therefore devaluing the vehicle by several thousand dollars. They represented the car was still under full warranty. I told them I would touch that particular car now. They had 3 others they could have shown me. They said sorry and let me walk away with the cashier's check, full asking price, in their name. They were not interested in making a sale. Didn't even call me back that weekend. Worst service I have ever delt with. I don't reccomend because if they are 'fixing' things that are under warranty and they are not a certified dealership, how many cars have they voided the warranty on and you won't know till it's too late and they wont even try to fix the issue. More
