One of the worst experiences ever with a dealership. The service attendant (Tesara) was rude with terrible customer communication skills. If I treated my customers the way she treated me, I would be fired. I will not recommend Zimmer to anyone. I plan on going to to Yelp to state how unhappy I am with Zimmer and Service Department. I also plan to write the local news troubleshooting departments and complain about the service I received from Zimmer. My wife and I plan to buy a new vehicle this year. Total disaster from beginning to end. Made an appointment for a new tire and they were supposed to order so the tire would be there for my appointment. I waited 45 minutes to be told the Made an appointment for a new tire and they were supposed to order so the tire would be there for my appointment. I waited 45 minutes to be told the tire was not there but they could get it for the next day. This of course would mean I’d have to come back the next day but they couldn’t tell me what time the tire would arrive. Next thing that happened was they said they were mistaken and they could not get the tire at all because the distributor no longer had them. These were tires on a vehicle I purchased one year ago and the tires only had 7000 miles on them. In the end was told we couldn’t help me and I left without any satisfaction. Total waste of my time about 2 1/2 hours. Most probably will not ever go back there. And I went home and call a tire shop and they had the tire ordered as I waited on the phone with no trouble whatsoever. More

Your service dept advisors are the worst I have ever experienced. They never called me and gave me an update . For 1 day scheduled work turned into 3 . And I never once received a return call . I had to experienced. They never called me and gave me an update . For 1 day scheduled work turned into 3 . And I never once received a return call . Scheduled an appointment for a warranty issue 2 weeks in advance.they had full knowledge of what needed to be done. Tech was in training til mid week so no one could work on vehicle. I was told they didn’t do loaners even though a woman next to me just got one… Nine days later I was informed that there is nothing they can do to fix it and to bring it to the dealer that I purchased it from, and I did just that.
