Bad to begin with, they denied me a vehicle because he didn't have one to give me. I asked him to speak to his supervisor and like magic, a vehicle seemed to be one. Worst dealership ever. We left my husband’s truck at the dealership on 6/21 and had service set up (oil change and bumper). I scheduled to have my wheel fixed through the warranty purchase at the dealer. I dropped the vehicle off. Round trip Shuttle service was provided. I called to confirm my vehicle was ready. When I got ther purchase at the dealer. I dropped the vehicle off. Round trip Shuttle service was provided. I called to confirm my vehicle was ready. When I got there a recall had been addressed. I inspected the wheel. Nothing had been done. That was the reason I made the appointment. It was on the work order. No one caught that it was not done. I was told that service should have been scheduled. It is done by wheel doctor. The service advisor told me she would call me shortly to confirm when it could be fixed. That was Thursday. Today is Saturday. I am glad they caught the recall. But to miss the only reason I scheduled the appointment is pretty bad. So I used a day off sitting at home with no vehicle for nothing. It took a week to get the appointment. I had a confirmation email and no one scheduled the vendor to show up. Especially when it was the only thing scheduled. The recall was never mentioned when I scheduled. Only the wheel. Also the company for the warranted was not helpful at all. I think I wasted $1,000. I am not happy at all with the product sold or the entire situation More
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! !! This is a "Bait and Switch" Dealer! They pulled a "Bait and Switch" tactic on us. They will lie and damage your credit because they do no !! This is a "Bait and Switch" Dealer! They pulled a "Bait and Switch" tactic on us. They will lie and damage your credit because they do not care. * We will not be purchasing any more vehicles from Zimmer motors. This is due to the fact that the finance dept., ran a hard pull on our credit, and we did not receive a vehicle. We did not even get to see the vehicle. Plus, we signed the application based upon the information provided to us that the vehicle we wanted was still in their in inventory which it was not, this was false information supplied to us on Zimmers part. So, now our credit score has dropped because of the actions of this dealership. So, a very sarcastic THANK YOU, for that. Also, the sales person Joe, made us sign a handwritten note that if they could get the numbers right we would buy the car. So, since we were lied to, what do we get since they did not have the car they said hey had, what recourse do we have? Bait and Switch! I feel as though we have been treated very poorly, and lied to. We are quite upset with our experience. If Charlie Bezang were still there I do not think we would have ended up in this mess.
