I came in to have a keyless entry remote/key programmed for my 2007 Jeep Commander. Coming from Michigan, we broke down in Florence on the way to a wonderful houseboat vacation in Cumberland. I was referred to Bryan Marsh by Leslie Alexander who was more that courteous and extremely helpful upon our arrival. Thank you Leslie for being so friendly and accomodating in keeping our old van over the weekend. As I dealt with Bryan over the course of the next few hours to complete a deal on a new van, he went as far as pulling up a brand new Town & Country and put on a DVD so my 3 girls could watch a movie instead of camping out in the showroom. We left the dealership with a new Town & Country soon after, and couldn't be happier. Bryan certainly went above and beyond in helping us out in our time of need.
