This is my 2nd purchase from Zimmer. The entire staff is very friendly and eager to assist. Absolutely no pressure from salesman or staff. All questions are answered promptly. Rich Zimmer was friendly right from the moment I walked through the doors. I explained the accident and asked for a quote. I came in to have a keyless entry remote/key programmed for my 2007 Jeep Commander. I called ahead to find out a price and was surprized to learn that the price was cheaper when I paid for it than the pri for my 2007 Jeep Commander. Coming from Michigan, we broke down in Florence on the way to a wonderful houseboat vacation in Cumberland. I was referred to Bryan Marsh by Leslie Alexander who was more that courteous and extremely helpful upon our arrival. Thank you Leslie for being so friendly and accomodating in keeping our old van over the weekend. As I dealt with Bryan over the course of the next few hours to complete a deal on a new van, he went as far as pulling up a brand new Town & Country and put on a DVD so my 3 girls could watch a movie instead of camping out in the showroom. We left the dealership with a new Town & Country soon after, and couldn't be happier. Bryan certainly went above and beyond in helping us out in our time of need. On a recent trip when my daughter was traveling by herself from Nashville to home in Oakville, Ontario on a hot and humid day the transmission light came on in her Caliber. She pulled over and texted me, I googled Dodge Dealerships - Zimmer was approx. 30 miles away. In the meantime I called the service department where spoke with Jason; he said as soon as she arrives they will hook it up to the diagnostics - not to worry he understood what it was like for me being in Canada and potentially having my daughter broken down on the side of the road. I know they had to stay a little after closing and thankfully nothing could be found; he gave her the print-out to show our dealer her and made some recommendations for the remainder of her drive. Happy to say she made it home and the light did not come on again – I called Jason the next day to thank him personally – and I can tell you first-hand that Customer Service is a priority! After hours of searching the Internet, exchanging e-mails and visiting several dealerships around the Cincinnati area, I've ordered a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Art Gailliot and Zimmer Motors. The Zimmer dealership is not the closest to my home - it's about 20 miles away, in fact. But I chose this dealership because of Art's personal service and because of the initial price Art offered in an e-mail solicitation. My first interaction with Zimmer came via their website. I sent an e-mail via their website inquiring about the availability of a particular Jeep that was listed for sale. Art wrote back and confirmed this particular vehicle was on their lot and available for inspection. A couple days later, I drove to the lot. When I arrived, Art was visiting with another customer. He asked me to wait a few moments. I told him "no hurry" and that I would look at the Wranglers on their lot. A few minutes later, Art said he was still finishing up with the other customer, but he brought me the key to the vehicle I had inquired about. He told me to start it up and check out the interior. He said if he couldn't finish with the other customer in 5 minutes, he would come out and tell me to take the Jeep out for a solo test drive. He came back just a few minutes later, and he was then ready to go. I appreciated the way Art managed this conflict of time. I never felt like I was waiting unnecessarily. Art took me on a very long (25 minute?) test drive. I told him that this vehicle wasn't going to be the perfect match for me, based on its features. But I told him I appreciated his time and his service. A few days later, I decided to order a 2013. I solicited bids from 4 dealerships that I had previously engaged, including Art/Zimmer. The initial response from Art was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the best of the other bids, so I decided to order from Art. I returned to the dealership a few days later to complete the paperwork needed to generate the order. Art is the primary reason why I bought from Zimmer. He's a professional. He's articulate, knowledgeable, easy-going, not pushy. I highly recommend Art Gailliot. I look forward to completing this transaction when my new Jeep arrives from the factory in a few weeks. More

After a not so stellar service/auto body experience, which I reported about here, Zimmer contacted us and wanted to hear our concerns. My husband talked with Catherine Zimmer (one of the owners) and Lee Fogel in Public Relations yesterday and I received a call from Lee as well this morning. I am happy to report that they showed extreme concern with our experience at their dealership and were truly gracious in wanting to make things right. The listened and they were understanding. They proved that lack of communication can be overcome and they are willing to win our business back. Thank you for taking care of us. We will now be happy to continue giving them our business and recommending them to friends. More
