After it was all said and done, Troy went out of his way and got me in the Shaker with a payment I could afford. The entire team was super nice and Troy was fantastic. The team was not pushy. Great customer service! I purchased a Dodge Charger in August of 2015. Falicia was an amazing sales person. Not over bearing and very helpful in finding what I wanted. In July of 2016 I had a flat tire and couldn't get my tires off because I had no key to remove the wheel locks. I called the dealership and couldn't believe that I got a hold of John Zimmer. He apologized and came out to my house on a Sunday afternoon to change out the locks. Now that kind of customer service is rare these days! My husband bought a car in July of 2016 from Kerry Nissan. Decided he didn't like it within 3 weeks. We went back to the dealership to try and trade up. They were not accommodating in any way. Today we went to Zimmer to see if we could strike a deal with them. We left with what we wanted at the payment we wanted. Everyone we've dealt with on both occasions were pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely do business with Zimmer in the future and I would highly recommend this dealership to others. More
