Worked above and beyond Rob and Ray worked so hard on our two vehicle deal and they would not stop or give up until it was done. My fiance and I are extremely happy with our Rob and Ray worked so hard on our two vehicle deal and they would not stop or give up until it was done. My fiance and I are extremely happy with our new vehicles. When other dealerships didn't want to help because it wasn't an easy job these guys stepped up and said bring it on. More

Not good - still bothered - trying to move on I went in looking for a newer dodge caravan, but not too new. I did not want big pymts. Trisha was nice, but the person assisting her was only out to I went in looking for a newer dodge caravan, but not too new. I did not want big pymts. Trisha was nice, but the person assisting her was only out to help herself and complete a deal. They told me the newer van 2014 that I was looking at would not be accepted by the bank and the 2017 would. (2014 I now know would have been accepted) So I had to get the newer one in order to get a vehicle. They ended up telling me my payments would be a certain amount, that of course went higher, and then higher. They told me my van had headsets to it. Which they said they would find in the back and call me the next day since it was getting late and we had been there awhile. The next day I was told they do not have any headset and the van was "as is". I was told the amount finance included my tag and registration and I would get a check to cover that in the mail. The check was for $181 and change. The total was $450 and change. The $181 didn't even cover one part of it the tag and registration. I was told to get Gap Ins. and if I wanted to cancel it later (as long as it wasn't too late) I would get the offset check sent in the mail. O also with the Gap Ins it raised my monthly pymts an extra $16. Called to cancel it after rethinking things, the check will get sent to the bank, not me, and it does not lower my pymts back down. Many deceits. Not very happy with the service. On the other hand the vehicle is nice. With the standards that KY sets, I believe I could have gotten a nice vehicle anywhere though. ~Monica More

Received warranty work on my Jeep I drive a lifted modified Jku and at Zimmer the service has always been top notch. I just took my Jeep in for some issues starting and switching into I drive a lifted modified Jku and at Zimmer the service has always been top notch. I just took my Jeep in for some issues starting and switching into gear. The service department went above and beyond for me, making sure I was also updated along the way. This is a dealership I can trust with my Jeep and there is no where else I would take it. I used to live in Kentucky near the dealership and now have moved north of Dayton OH and it's worth it to me to drive to Zimmer to get my work done with their quality team! More

Dishonest!!! I took my Jeep in for a noise in the front left tire they charged 117 dollars to look at it, the said my wheel bearing needed replaced and it would co I took my Jeep in for a noise in the front left tire they charged 117 dollars to look at it, the said my wheel bearing needed replaced and it would cost 585 dollars. I took into another mechanic and paid 50 dollars ti replace a broken lug nut stud, problem solved!!!! They are dishonest dont take your vehicle there i have pictures of both estimates to prove they are dishonest More

Excellent from inventory to financing When it was time to buy the wife a new car for our growing family, I was familiar with Zimmer through owning a Jeep and coming through the service dep When it was time to buy the wife a new car for our growing family, I was familiar with Zimmer through owning a Jeep and coming through the service department a few times. They are also my local Jeep dealer and wanted local before going further out to find a car. Lee Fogel is involved the local Jeep clubs and has always been a straight shooter. I had lots of options but really wanted a CPO Durango Hemi as a first choice. Trying to get mini van utility without owning a minivan ha! They had the cleanest one in town... 2014 RT. Loaded. Called Lee to set it up. I was shown all the features by Alicia who was very knowledgable, AJ was very accomodating in getting me the price i wanted to pay, and Jim made the financing painless. Jim did way better than my bank was offering too. Got me a great warranty as well so I dont have to worry about my family having reliable transportation. Got all this done in a couple hours. Its exactly what I wanted with exactly the service I feel dealerships should offer. Check these guys out. More

Tries changing the prices when you are hours into negotiatio I filled out an online appraisal for valuing my trade in. It was a very low offer so when Calvin from sales called I told him I wasn't interested beca I filled out an online appraisal for valuing my trade in. It was a very low offer so when Calvin from sales called I told him I wasn't interested because of what I was offered. He explained it was just a generic appraisal that was very conservative. I told him what I had to have for my trade and he said that wouldn't be a problem because my car was rare and hard to come by. I explained to him that I didn't want to waste my time because it was an hour drive there and an hour drive back. He said he was sure they could get to my number that I needed. We spoke a few more times through (saved) emails and then I headed out to meet with him. I picked out a truck that was priced at 45,000 and told him again what I needed out of my car. He went to speak to a manager and when he came back they offered me $5000 less for my car and raised the price of the truck by $6000 from the listed price. He initially acted as though the price increase of the truck was an oversight and easily fixed but after speaking with his manager and coming back with the correct price there was a decrease in the trade in value of my car by another $4000 to "off set the price difference". Talk about bait and switch. I had a problem with them doing something crooked like this about a year ago but they made it right so I thought I'd give them another chance. They knew they wouldn't give me the price that I needed but they thought if they lied and got me there for a few hours I would just give in to them. The sales manager was very condescending and rude when we told him we were done. He said when they offer a price like that over the phone it's just to get you in the door. If they tried to steal from me twice but was caught both times don't for a second think they aren't trying the same tricks with everyone else. More
