Get yourself screwed Dealership. What they gave me is good customer service than i am sorry i do not want to buy a car at all in future from this dealership after in and out for week What they gave me is good customer service than i am sorry i do not want to buy a car at all in future from this dealership after in and out for week looking at all their inventory i decided to buy car so i called them one last time before i go in for paperwork and they said all good so i get in and find out they bumped up 6000$ on sticker price and after little argument i decided to pay their price and we sat down for final paperwork work; after waiting almost 20 minutes they told me somebody else is already looking at the car so they can’t sell it to me unless i pay little extra. After a month I went to other dealer and told them i want this car and they got it for me with same price this dealers sticker price was and after little while i found out that they got it from zimmer at first call and also threw in extended warranty for half price also same thing with service center, everytime i get there no one is willing to help and customers are just standing there to get help and when finally after 10 minutes standing there customer asks them for help than employees just get angry like we woke em up from dip slip and asked to do their job; also they take decisions for customer like by drilling holes and installing zip ties instead of asking customer first if they want that or not and didn’t even bother to tell me what they did until my family friend spot a zip tie in my bumper, so i went back and when I confronted them about it instead of saying sorry they are actually yelling at me by saying “they saved me money” which i was already covered for by insurance but they didn’t even bother to ask me and because of their easy fix now I’m stuck with holes in my bumper and zip ties that people can see easily on the car. Absolutely Amazing! The entire experience was fantastic! We had visited another dealership on 4 separate occasions and each time we were told something different. So we The entire experience was fantastic! We had visited another dealership on 4 separate occasions and each time we were told something different. So we decided to give Zimmer a try and walked in and Cameron came right to us. At the previous dealership, I had to find a sales person. Cameron introduced himself and asked us what our interests were. We told him our unique situation and he didnt waste anytime finding vehicles that he felt would work for us. And I can honestly say that he showed us vehicles he knew would fit our needs and our budget. We narrowed it down to 2 cars and cameron got with his financial team and we narrowed it down to one car. I was unsure if we would be approved and I absolutely did not want to give my business to the previous dealership. About 5 minutes later, cameron came out and said we were approved. And even after that they didnt stop looking, they called a couple more banks and got us an even lower interest rate. They could have easily just left it with the first approval, however they chose to help us out instead. Then it came to working with Tony in financing and he was a pleasure to work with as well. He was very knowledgeable and explained every to us and answered all our questions. And after only 1 visit we drove away with a great car and an unforgettable experience. I work in sales myself and will definitely take a page from Cameron and Tony to help make me better. The over all experience from walking in to driving away was amazing and I have and will continue recommending Cameron and the entire Zimmer team to anyone I can. Dont waste your time going anywhere else, CHOOSE ZIMMER! More

A very committed dealership When my lease was nearing the end Bryan Marsh and the staff at Zimmer reached out and started to review my options. When Bryan had to be away from th When my lease was nearing the end Bryan Marsh and the staff at Zimmer reached out and started to review my options. When Bryan had to be away from the dealership for personal reasons my experience was not put on hold but instead the management team stepped in to assist during Bryan’s absence. We reviewed all my options and they were very supportive in the priorities that had to be part of the decision for my next vehicle. I was not pressured but instead was asked to take sometime and in the meantime they would do more work and re evaluate all the rebates and such. I went back a few days later and Bryan was back and helped me along with Doug to dealer trade for a vehicle we thought would be my next vehicle. Two days later I was driving away in my new Journey. I am very thankful for all the guidance and support. Thanks to everyone at Zimmer for making my experience such a pleasant one. Happy New Year More

How the "Car Buying Experience" Should Play Out I recently purchased a vehicle from the Zimmer dealership, and the experience itself could not have gone any smoother. Our salesperson, Gabe (requeste I recently purchased a vehicle from the Zimmer dealership, and the experience itself could not have gone any smoother. Our salesperson, Gabe (requested due to a previous sale) was informative, honest, and overall a great man to do business with. I personally thought there was a great balance between the two parties...I had already decided on a model type prior to visiting. After sharing this information with Gabe, he immediately narrowed down the search and showcased the cars that fell under that particular model line. I would highly recommend Gabe and the rest of the Zimmer staff to any interested car buyer because they know their stuff, they hold themselves to a high standard, and they are genuinely there to help the customer have a great buying experience. 10/10. More
