Honest and friendly staff Alicia was great she worked hard to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. A better dealership experience I shopped around for Jeros in the Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky area for awhile before I drove a little further south to Zimmer. The dealership itself was clean and organized. The staff greeted me on the spot and spot and asked what I wanted and not what they were trying to sell. They answered every question I had and took the time to find the right car for me. Ray Perin was my contact and he followed up with me anytime of day, even his days off which I really appreciated. Truly a better shopping experience than I expected and would recommend Zimmer to anyone. More
