I understand a little bit of the sales experience but I hate being lied too. Noah never pressured me or lied to me. Noah were very good and I recommend them to everyone. Jim Marsh in finance was also great and another reason I will purchase my next vehicle from them too. Jim found me a great warranty. Jim explained all options thoroughly. And Jim found financing I could afford. I've had negative car buying experiences in the past and Noah and Jim could teach those folks how to treat people right. More

Poor. March 13 we brought the car in right before close because smoke was rolling out from under the hood. The AC had been making noises prior to that and March 13 we brought the car in right before close because smoke was rolling out from under the hood. The AC had been making noises prior to that and this information was passed on to your shop. We appreciated the fact that we were able to drop the car off without notice and we felt like we were going to be taken care of. March 15 we were told they ordered the wrong compressor and they should have the correct one on Monday, March 18. Monday March 18 the car was ready and we picked it up. That week I started to notice small drops of coolant in our driveway. So the car was taken back in on April 5th and they said “the fluid is from when they changed the compressor and it was just a pool built up on the drip tray. No leaks and the AC is fine.” However the AC is still making the same noise as it was before the smoke incident. So now a couple weeks later the AC stops cooling and the vehicle is taken in again on April 30th. This time they tell us the AC leak was there before the compressor change out and now we also have a radiator leak. What a chain of events. I have nothing good to say about your service department. You have wasted soo much of our time and have provide unacceptable service. I strongly feel that the radiator was damaged by your techs during the compressor change out. Good for you, you got to charge us more for another repair. I also know that the AC leak should have been caught during the compressor repair. Did you even test/check the compressor after it was replaced. If the techs are bad enough not to be able to notice that noise why wouldn’t I believe they damaged the radiator. And then the vehicle is brought back in specifically for a green coolant leak, you tell us everything is fine and again the AC noise is nothing. We will go out of our way not to use your service. I ended up leasing a Cherokee. A month later my son wanted to buy a car so I took him to see Bryan as well. He bought a Dodge Dart. Fast forward to last week. My lease was up on my Cherokee so I went back to Bryan. What I like about Bryan is he is personable, and takes the time to help you find what you want. Bryan does not come off like a typical car salesman, but he knows his stuff. He is not pushy, he gives you honest feedback on cars and helps get you into the car you want that works in your budget and lifestyle He was able to get me in the car I wanted and within the monthly payment I wanted. I didn't have to spend hours haggling prices. Buying a car is never quick, but I never sat around waiting. I would definitely recommend Bryan and the Zimmer dealership when buying your next vehicle. He was very engaging and made us feel very comfortable. Tony Fritsch discussed additional warranty options again he took his time and was professional by speaking directly to my grandson instead of dismissing him because of his age. They educated my grandson on the process, showed him respect as a customer and we walked out extremely satisfied. More
