This last time it was in the shop for 2 weeks because of a recall and my truck is still doing the exact same thing when I got it back last night. Zimmer is telling me they can't do anything until Chrysler comes up with another program to rewrite a program or another recall to fix the issue. I have lost power when I first start the vehicle warms up it supposed to work itself out but it hasn't. So basically I'm driving around a vehicle that I'm paying that Zimmer or Chrysler cant fix. Throughout this whole process I've had nothing but problems trying to get an answer from Zimmer I have called the service manager twice and have left messages and I have not gotten one phone call back. I have been very patient throughout this whole process I feel like I need somebody to call me back on a solution. More
Great car buying experience I drove 5 hours to get a vehicle from Zimmer! My wife had spoke with Nick on the phone and had nothing but good things to say about him. We had been looking for weeks for or perfect vehicle and had been dealing with multiple other car dealerships. The other dealerships where the typical car dealerships we all know and hate dealing with. The lies and the scams to try to hide things and take you to the cleaners so you say. Zimmer treated me like family. I was met by Nick O'Brien as soon as we pulled in he was waiting on me to get there. We had already made the deal over the phone a few days prior. He was great to deal with and had a great attitude. He didn't try to fill you up with what you wanted to hear just to make a sale. Everything was the truth and he stuck by his word. The whole dealership was great and when I look to buy another vehicle this will be the first place I look. I would drive another 5 hours one way to have this kind of honesty again in a dealership. I would highly recommend them and when you go ask for Nick he will get what you need!!! More

Service and Repair I had trouble starting my Jeep so i called Zimmer on Monday morning and although they were super busy they found a way to squeeze me in and fix the pr I had trouble starting my Jeep so i called Zimmer on Monday morning and although they were super busy they found a way to squeeze me in and fix the problem.
