Major repair from service department went smooth Had a transmission failure on my 2015 Journey. They were prompt in rebuilding the transmission and ensuring that it worked properly before handing it Had a transmission failure on my 2015 Journey. They made the paperwork easy with the warranty and the tech was very descriptive on the invoice what components were replaced. They also made sure I had a loaner car at no charge while they fixed my ride. I have been a service customer of their for about 2 years now and go out of my way to have them service my vehicle.
