Service Dept. Was impossible to reach by phone. I was on hold for 27 minutes until I hung up. Called back 3 times, no one would answer. My Jeep was there for 5 days. They said they could not give me a loner hold for 27 minutes until I hung up. Called back 3 times, no one would answer. My Jeep was there for 5 days. They said they could not give me a loner. BS. When my Jeep was ready, the female service person was clueless about what service was done. The worst service Dept. I have ever dealt with. I won’t be back. EVER!! More

The negotiation was quick and they gave me a fair value for my trade in. The accountant Jim explained the the deal to me adequately after we reached an agreement.
