The fact I have taken the time to write this shows how frustrated this place as made me. My sales guy was nice and the finance team was nice but everything went down hill after I bought the vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle I was told that they needed to contact the previous owner to bring in the second key because I assume it was a fresh trade in. I thought no big deal. I then received a call within a few days from the finance team that there was an error on the paperwork for my trade that they wrote the VIN down wrong and i needed to come in asap to fix it which i did. I politely waited almost a week and heard nothing about the key situation. I called and spoke to a very rude receptionist who immediately got defensive on the phone when I called and was trying to find out what was going on. I had to call back because no one returned my call because I’m pretty sure she never told them. Now I go in to finally get the key made two weeks after i purchased the car and my sales guy had set everything up with the service department in fact he made the appointment and told me to show up at 7am today. when I show up the woman that help me was rude and acted like I was a huge inconvenience to her for being there. So far I’m not impressed by their customer service and I’m very disappointed because I also was sold a service deal with this vehicle. They need to work on their staff actually being polite to their customers. More
Plain and simple Nate is the best there is. This is my 4th lease I've done with Nate and every time he gets better and better. The service department is sad! I told them what all I needed worked on and several of the items were not even addressed when they contacted me and said my car was done. I asked them if they checked on th needed worked on and several of the items were not even addressed when they contacted me and said my car was done. I asked them if they checked on the one item and they said no, but they will and get back with me. A week later I called to check on my car and they said it was done. I asked again if they checked the item and they were like “Did you want us to?” Really? “yes!” Again they said they would check and get back with me. The same thing happened again. I finally said forget it, I paid for the work they had done and just picked up the car. It’s crap!! They had my car 15 days only only some of the things were fixed. More
With 4 front desk service associates sitting and chatting with one another. I would appreciate it if when your there to pick up your vehicle after service, someone brings your car up front to you. Instead of saying, your car should be out the door to the left in the parking lot. I had to walk 4 rows down to find my car. Not the best customer service. If I didn’t have a plan I wouldn’t be back.
