I stopped in Zimmer Chrysler Jeep enthusiast excited to become a Jeeper. Over the years I've purchased many new and used cars, exclusively Mustangs. I stopped in Zimmer Chrysler Jeep on a random Wednesday to test drive a Jeep to see if I'd be compelled to make the switch (which I was very doubtful about). I quickly learned that the the one Wrangler I really enjoyed was being sold. Stephanie overheard my comments about wanting an all white Jeep. She went above and beyond to dig through the open inventory orders to find the unicorn Jeep that would lure me out of my Mustang Convertible. Knowing I was new to the Jeep community, before Nick took my deposit, he drew diagrams to educate me on how 4 wheel drive worked and outlined+ described all of the features (including taking me around the show room floor to ensure I got to actually 'see' the features on other in stock vehicles). I was prepared to wait until my Jeep came out of build status and was delivered but to our surprise an identical model was u expectedly delivered early. Nick invited me to come in and test drive it to make sure I liked it. Post, he transfered my entire deal to the Jeep that was delivered and I was able to drive away with my brand new Wrangler within a few hours of delivery. He invited me back the next day and drove me around the lot to ensure I knew how all of the features worked on my new Jeep and taught me how to use the 4 wheel drive features. Jim in finance was direct and consise. They didn't attempt to low ball my beloved trade in or up charge me due to the limited supply in available inventory that all dealers are navigating. Unlike many other dealers (4 in the Cincinnati area specifically) that are using this unprecedented crisis to price gouge and exploit buyers, at Zimmer Chrysler Jeep they were more than fair and very up front and honest.
