Dropped truck off almost a full week early as we were desperate to have it repaired in time for an important trip the day after our appointment. Asked for a diagnosis on premature front tire wear and to desperate to have it repaired in time for an important trip the day after our appointment. Asked for a diagnosis on premature front tire wear and to replace the 2 tires & align all four wheels after any repairs. Multiple calls to my Svce Advisor and her Mgr went unreturned and on the day of the appointment no diagnosis was ever completed, no phone call to discuss or explain why and merely a few texts that the tires were on and to come get it anytime w/o seemingly no effort to correct the underlying problem. The entire experience was a complete joke…I recommend avoiding this establishment if at all possible! More
