Took wrangler in to diagnose a misfire, sat for 1 day because a qualified tech wasn't available. The next day they changed a spark plug on the cylinder having the issue, I got a call saying they needed t because a qualified tech wasn't available. The next day they changed a spark plug on the cylinder having the issue, I got a call saying they needed to to dug further to check the lifters, another $400 on top of the original diagnostic charge. I told them to put it back together and I'd pick it up, I was then offered $12000 because it supposedly had a bad engine and they would absorb the cost. I took it home and changed all the spark plates, coils and the 1 fuel injector and it runs great. I hate dishonesty, never again More
