Set appointment for 8:30, called them at 11:30 and was told the mechanic was working on the truck! Pulled In to the lot 15 minutes later, truck had not been touched. So I asked for the paperwork proving the work had been completed, she said she couldn’t find it! If your service team is running behind, just tell me that, don’t continue to lie to my face at the counter about it!! I will not be coming back! Was actually considering purchasing a new truck from this location, that is no longer the case.
