Good fast, service. Price was reasonable. Customer service could use a little work. After I paid online, I texted back to Tesara to see how late I could pickup my car Price was reasonable. Maybe it was too late but I didn’t even get a reply the next day either. Then on 2/14 I called the shop to see how late I could pickup my car. Brian was nice and said he would leave my key with sales and that someone would be there until 8pm. Drove out to pickup and arrived at 7:52pm. Everyone was gone and the place was locked up completely. Now I have to make another trip. More

Service was great but the prices are high . I even asked why the price of an oil change was so high and the service advisor said it’s because the owners are greedy . Set appointment for 8:30, called them at 11:30 and was told the mechanic was working on the truck! Pulled In to the lot 15 minutes later, truck had not been touched. So I asked for the paperwork proving the work had been completed, she said she couldn’t find it! If your service team is running behind, just tell me that, don’t continue to lie to my face at the counter about it!! I will not be coming back!
