The service department is very disorganized. On Friday 5/28/2023 I had to make 22 phone calls before any one would help. That was a forwarding call to the GM. On one of those calls I wait On Friday 5/28/2023 I had to make 22 phone calls before any one would help. That was a forwarding call to the GM. On one of those calls I waited for 23 minutes for a lady service advisor to check on my truck to only be hung up on. This isn’t my first bad experience with this service department. I’ve been dealing with them for almost 9 years with this truck. I can honestly say most of my experiences have been negative. The GM was great. Brian my service advisor I really have zone complain’s with. It’s the over all the way the service department is managed. More
