I have emailed Lorenzo as requested with no response. This all started when we purchased a white Jeep Grand Cherokee that turned out to be a lemon. Fluids all over my driveway the first week. So they swapped us out into this 2016 black Jeep grand cherokee. I purchased an extended warranty in the finance room that we were told covered everything and all new rotors were to be put on the jeep per the purchase deal. Mr Massie apologized and said if i have any further issues to come directly to him. the front rotors are fine, no rust at all. the back rotors have been replaced twice bc they were all rusted out within 1 week. the explanation the first time was they did not use OEM rotors. the 2nd set they assured me were OEM like the front rotors they put on, yet they rusted within a week and look awful on such a nice vehicle. So I came in for my first oil change/tire rotation that was supposed to be free, to have the rotors changed yet again, and to have the passenger side door looked at under the warranty i purchased bc it is creaking when opened. they had my vehicle 3 days and said there was no loaner available. they charged me for the tire rotation that was supposed to be free w a vehicle purchase, told me they were not changing the rotors again that are all rusted out even though they are new OEM parts w a 2 year warranty from Mopar, and told me the door needs new hinges and the warranty i bought that covers everything does not cover it. I have purchased a lot of cars from Gabe in the past, but after this round I am not sure i will be back. Horrible purchase experience and now horrible service. If at all possible I would like some OEM rotors put on the back that do not rust out in a week. The front ones are fine, have been on there since the week after i bought it, and no rust at all. I expect the same for the back. I would also like the door fixed either under my warranty or free of charge. We rarely drive this car. If those hinges are bad already, it was that way when it was sold to me. I was also lied to and told the warranty I purchased covered everything when it does not.
