On arrival, I stood there feeling like no one could see me. Did not feel welcome in the service department. Almost like I was a bother. I made an appointment for warranty work. The appointment was set for about 10 days after it was made. I also had emailed the service advisor with my warranty information and he verified that The appointment was set for about 10 days after it was made. He wanted me to sign an estimate for $600 for the work. I asked if he had a loaner car available and the answer was no. I got an uber to the rental car place. I received no call before the service center had closed with an update on my vehicle. The following day I received a few calls from several different service advisors. When I asked details I was told that he worked up front and he did t know specifics. I received a third call saying that 2 of the 3 items would be covered by warranty. Parts for one would be 10 days and the second would be 45 days. I made arrangements to drop off my rental and uber back to the dealership. Once there I was asked by the same gentleman if I was there to pick up my vehicle. He said the parts department would give me a call. I said I would be expecting a call from the service department to make an appointment when the parts come in not the parts department. More
