The service quality is good. I would not recommend the GMC Zimbrick dealership or service at all-who seems to have the exact opposite practice and professional practice, a tiny waiting room with no coffee and no plugs for electronics. Worst was the waiting time-a one hour wait turned into a 1 day wait (because service personal were not available-'we can't get to it today' I was told!!) Once the work was done, the outcome was very unsatisfactory. gMC needs to take a lesson from Honda. More
