I had dealt with this dealership for many years from 1986 for my first Honda Civic until 2009, when I moved to an Acura. But today I revisited them, in order to drive a used vehicle from a couple of years a for my first Honda Civic until 2009, when I moved to an Acura. But today I revisited them, in order to drive a used vehicle from a couple of years ago as a proxy as I was considering a new one of that make and model. I told them up front, and they were quite happy to accommodate me. When I first called, the switchboard connected me with the new car department, and Aaron Norvell handled the transfer over to the used car folks, and I was contacted by Tyler to arrange a time to come in. They had to retrieve the vehicle from "offsite" for me. When I got there at the arranged time, Fue Thao was ready for me, brought the car up for me to test. In spite of being fully briefed on my situation and that I was not actually in the market for the car I was testing, Fue was quite helpful. We had an enjoyable "car guy" conversation afterwards. Zimbrick has been a top notch dealership since at least 1986, if not alwasy the lowest price. More
