Zimbrick at Fish Hatchery Road

I think Zimbrick just lost my business. I recently had to have my 2007 Honday Odyssey EX-L serviced to have the timing belt, water pump, automatic belt tensioner, and serpintine belts replac I recently had to have my 2007 Honday Odyssey EX-L serviced to have the timing belt, water pump, automatic belt tensioner, and serpintine belts replaced. This is routine maintainance. I had recently been working with Todd Corbin at Zimbrick Honda on Fish Hatchary Road. I had emailed him to find out what the cost of this repair would be. I was thinking this would cost between $500.00 to 800.00 dollars. Todd emailed me back and quoted me $1500.00 for this repair. WHOA!!!! He stated that this was typical for my Odyssey. I was in shock. How could I afford this?? I love my Honda Odyssey, but not that much! I went over to Wilde East Towne Honda and spoke with Tony Hernandez and Steve Gonzagowski. They both were able to do the service for me for $881.93! That is a savings of over $618.00!!! Based on this, I feel that Zimbrick has just lost my business and trust. It seems like they are overcharging and are not willing to work with the customer to try to save them money. Just because Zimbrick has been in the area the longest, does not mean they are the best. I test drove a car that had a stiff ride and asked the sales person if different tires would make a difference and got a firm no. My mistake I should have researched but took his word. We drove around town and the ride was acceptable. I did not take it on the freeway nor did the sales person tell me to. Mistake #2 at 70mph the ride was aweful. I financed a portion of the car and was asked to borrow more to get the best rate even though my credit rating was 824. They were going to rebate me the difference. I got a call a few days later and the finance guy said they made a mistake calculating the taxes so my rebate was virtually gone. While I was standing there waiting for my car a salesman was speaking to another customer that was complaining bitterly and they were seeing if they were going to buy the car back. Funny, their last review on the review page was a year ago. YOU CAN'T TRUST USED CAR SALLES PEOPLE. More

However, before the oil change I check the vehicle and the sway bar links where broken the tires where 4/30 seconds and how they know that the brakes where good when they did not rotate the tires?? To chek them also they say the fluids where good and it needs brake fluid power steering and the air filter is very duty. The quick lube techs took them over an hour to do an oil change. I hope the manager of this place keep on eye of his workers to make sure they do THEY'RE JOB. I hope this review is helpful to other costumers!!!! More

No Respect given. Poor Business Practices. Misleading updated: just found out they are not accredited by the BBB... My wife and I went in to purchase a vehicle. It was Saturday, so the contract was based upon our acceptance of financial terms which they were going to get on Monday when the banks reopened. We waited all day Monday, no call. Finally I called and was told they were working on it. Two days passed, no call, so I stopped in and was told the same thing. Today, Friday, I called with approved financing but to my surprise they had already sold the car. It is so disrespectful and poor business practice to treat customers like this. They didn't care about contracts or customers, just the bottom line. I am obviously taking my money and going to a different dealership to purchase a vehicle. I will never buy from them again, and I beg that you not do it either. Why set yourself up to be treated this way? This is the first time I have seen car dealerships for what they really are and why they get such a bad rap in general. Definitely avoid this place. More
