Many times in the past when I went into a car dealership, the sales person did not direct his comments to me or really listen to my question and concerns. This was my first experience purchasing a car without my husband; I expected to be given little attention. Jason talked to me, not to my son who accompanied me. He explained clearly what the 2018 CRV had to offer. After I took the car home, I couldn’t get my phone to connect. I went back to the dealership. Refuses/Does not do warranty work I took a truck with 4000 miles and 3 months of bumper to bumper warranty left on it, to them for work on the tailgate and was told by John, the body s I took a truck with 4000 miles and 3 months of bumper to bumper warranty left on it, to them for work on the tailgate and was told by John, the body shop representative, to take it back to Ballweg for the service needed on the tailgate. It was obvious that they didn't want to work on my High Country and I really don't want someone working on it that doesn't want to. I have always got treated great at Ballweg and they always are happy to do the work. It is 30 minute drive to Sauk City, but worth it. (Follow up) Alex the General Sales Manager replied to stand behind their idea that only the original sales dealer does fit and finish warranty work. GM corporate was not aware of this, so I let them know. Corporate was very surprised to here about the change in their warranty coverage. My reply to Alex was: Alex, I contacted GM about this customer service failure, they are contacting your General Manager, Maybe your dealership didn't get the news about warranties. ANY GM dealership can do warranty work on ANY GM vehicle still under warranty.As the General Sales Manager you should know this. It would really make a difference when trying to sell a car. I don't believe your really that stupid, I think your just an empty vessel with no self pride. Do something you and your family will be proud of you for taking on. Your job would be a good start. Made it very easy I bought a car from another dealership two weeks ago. I kept taking it into a mechanic and was worried about the brakes especially because this car is I bought a car from another dealership two weeks ago. I kept taking it into a mechanic and was worried about the brakes especially because this car is for my daughter. Then there is Zimbrick Honda and the Used Car Dealership. They made the transaction so easy. We ended trading the car that we just bought two weeks ago (the one mentioned above) with the same type of car even a year older but Zimbrick put in a lot of work in it t make it so there are no leaks and in tip top shape. Jason Hepperly was so wonderful. I will always go to Zimbrick for my next car. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks Zimbrick! More
Unreasonable wait time! It took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That is the one person to avoid! More
