Good dealership, stellar dealer Brent was very attentive but gave me the space to make the decision I needed to. He's a friendly family guy and I enjoyed the whole process. He allowed me to drive three cars and even take the third out on my own to discuss privately and get an honest feel. I found myself very comfortable in a Civic. I deliberated for a while and eventually decided to shake hands and sign on the Civic. The dealership was solid - break room with snacks and water while I thought, lots of great models (very sad for no black civic SE but that's a very specific request for a used car lol), good people. They did try to sell me on an extra warranty with some urgency after I got the car, which I didn't super want/like. That said, overall they took care of all the paperwork very quickly and the price was great too, so I was excited to drive out of the dealership in a low miles beauty same day and actually be happy with the purchase. But more than the dealership, Brent was the star. He helped me find the best deal in the lot for me and my situation. He did go to the upper end of my price range, but I'm begrudgingly grateful for it because the car runs very well and probably will for years. More

Brent showed us all the specs and literature he had on the car and put us on a call list to let us know when there was one on the lot He kept us up to date but we started looking for a different car which brought us back to Zimbrick to look at a Honda. Brent turned out to be our salesman for that appointment and remembered us from before. While we were there we looked at the TourX and liked it a lot plus there were some great incentives.
