A totally pleasant new-car buying experience Mitch Garnett was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the Honda Odyssey. In the few instances where he didn't have an answer, he said Mitch Garnett was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the Honda Odyssey. In the few instances where he didn't have an answer, he said so, researched it, and got back to us. He explained the features of the vehicle and the details of the sale agreement more straightforwardly than any other car salesperson we've ever dealt with. A few days after we took possession of our new Odyssey we had a few questions about how some of the features work. We brought it in and Mitch joined us on a shakedown drive around the Zimbrick neighborhood and clearly explained what we needed to know.
