Because Tom Strahoda, our capable and usual Services Consultant was "on vacation, Cole Dierickx checked our 2000 Honda Accord EX V6 in and filled out the service repair form. Two items on the Invoice #658036 that caught my attention: 1.) It said: "Used memory saver to ensure the clock ..... memory was saved." It didn't! The clock read 1:43 pm, when the actual time was 11:40 am. So the memory saver did NOT retain the correct clock information. 2.) We have a March 2020 open recall letter (NT&MVSA) from Honda regarding the replacement of the driver-side steering wheel Air Bag. At this time, according to your Service Mnager, the replacement parts are NOT available to be installed. Yet your invoice wording says: "... owner has declined to have the required work performed." We did not decline. Your verbiage is inaccurate and should be changed. 3.) Some, but not ALL of your staff was wearing some sort of "face masks" to help prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. I was told my vehicle would be sanitized when I picked it up. I assumed with a pandemic you were taking precautions for your customers. When I went to pick it up there was grease and oil all over the interio up. I assumed with a pandemic you were taking precautions for your customers. When I went to pick it up there was grease and oil all over the interior of my vehicle. A big grease spot on my center console. I had to go in and ask for a paper towel to wipe it off. That didn’t take all the oil off and I realized there were more oil spots on the drivers side door. I drove it inside and 2 nice gentlemen helped me. My advisor never came over to me to ask what the issue was. This is the second time I’ve picked my vehicle up and it’s been a mess inside. How am I supposed to believe you sanitized my vehicle when it looked this way. I certainly don’t trust that it was. I will not be back to Zimbrick after this. More
