I never seen Robert in person... but if you get chance to talk to him on the phone(which I strongly suggest) you will quickly understand that this man truly cares about his Clients and is a genuine Honda Fan. From follow-up emails with Honda's 'IN" system on ETA of delivery to dealership, reaching out and wishing me a happy birthday, and most importantly answering my large list of questions and concerns. When I came in to the dealership - we first found a handful of cars that met my budget and wants/needs. He then allowed me to test drive them all, no time limit, no push or rush. Just was able to drive them and get a feel for each vehicle. After those 5, I came back in not sold on any of them. Gregg did a second search and we found a couple more for me to drive. All the while, never pushing me to choose or pressuring me to make a decision. After the second go-round I had landed on the car.
