Due to an accident our new 2018( 10kmi)Odyssey was totaled. I called James Skolaski and left him a voice mall explaining the situation and that we would like the same EX-L with the same color in a 2018 model o I called James Skolaski and left him a voice mall explaining the situation and that we would like the same EX-L with the same color in a 2018 model or 2019 model year. James got back to me within 10-15minutes. He told us that he did some investigating and found that Zimbrick had what we wanted on the lot.We could have either model.I explained that we didn't have a car to drive. His response "no problem".We could come over and drive the 2018 service courtesy Odyssey until the insurance settlement came to us in 3-5 days.We came back and purchased the 2018 model for a thousand less than our old Odyssey.To me this was going above and beyond which I have grown to expect at Zimbrick. 2018 Accord Sam Kleppe did a great job helping us find the car that fit our needs. He was very patient with our 9 year old son as he was marveled with the heated back seats in the Accord. Sam answered all the questions that our son had and made him feel like he was a part of the decision process. Sam was very attentive, without coming across as pushy, during the exploration process of what model met our needs.
