He said why don't we hang up, and I will call you back. I have to check on one thing. He called me back and said, we can come and get your HR-V and work on it today. I was amazed! He keep me informed of what they found, and how long they would have to keeps my HR-V. The next day he informed me that I could get back my HR-V today. He asked me do I have anyone that could pick it up? He called me a couple hours later and said that they could bring my HR-V back to me! Cole was kind, heard me out, figured out away to help me. He was professional, advocate for me, and I think he went the extra mile for me. You have a very great employee!
