We appreciated our salesperson's not-pushy approach. We ended up doing most of our communicating with him over email. He answered all of my questions and the purchase process was easy. I ended up in a hurry when I had to pick up the car, but he offered I could come back with an appointment any time to go over the car's features if I felt I had more questions. We plan to have our car serviced at Zimbrick as well. We're hoping to create a history of care for this vehicle vs. jumping around from place to place. More
