Frustrating - as the parts did not come timely. For whatever reason, my parts were not available. I had scheduled this repair "out" so there should have been parts waiting on my arrival. A 2 day job tied my car up for 6 a week before Christmas. Not good. The dealership did offer to put my car back together so I had wheels, but I opted to have them keep it as that would have been double work for them. The blame was on the Hyundai parts center, but it seemed like the ball had been dropped and the parts not ordered before my arrival even though I had taken the car in for the estimate long before. More

Oil Change Service is good, not sure I would recommend the Zimbrick dealerships to purchase a vehicle from. I purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia in June 15, 2018 and N Service is good, not sure I would recommend the Zimbrick dealerships to purchase a vehicle from. I purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia in June 15, 2018 and November 14, 2018, Zimbrick did the following work done: 1. replace brakes, rotors and pads, 2. they performed an injector flush, and de-carbonization/cleaning, 3. replaced pollen filter, Total cost of work $1422, Zimbrick paid $505. The vehicle when purcahsed had 44,753 it had 49,642 so in less than 5000, all of the above had to be worked on. Fast forward to Dec 14, It is suggested that I replace the Power steering pressure hose due to leak and flush the transmission. Total Estimate approx $1100, the vehicle now has 52,605 miles on it. So in less than 8000 miles, all of this needed work has come to light. I would start with the people inspecting vehicles as they may not be doing a thorough investigation. Secondly, I purchased an extended warranty and the brakes, rotors, etc., were not covered and am waiting to hear about the power steering pressure hose. All in all, not the happiest customer and my experiences purchasing a used vehicle is not good. More
