Also, upon entering the sliding door, I felt like I was not wanted because a person used their finger gesture to point me to the customer assistance area. (no greeting by the men sitting there) Also, upon retrieving my car, customer assistance gave me the keys and never bothered to tell me where on the lot my car was parked. These people were just doing their job but not very friendly. I am use to my service people on Grand Canyon. I have been dealing with Zimbrick for years and year. More
