We were unexpectedly short staffed the day you came in but wanted to make sure you got a call back in a timely manner to answer the questions you had about the recalls we were performing at no charge. Since your Advisor was tied up helping other customers in the dealership, our Service Manager called to assist you. He answered all your questions and confirmed that we took care all the outstanding recalls. We also corrected your first name in our system, we're sorry it was 1 letter off. It makes us sad to see reviews like this, especially since this was the first time we have serviced your 2010 Hyundai. We take great pride in the care of our customers and in this case, performed all the work at no cost plus, went above and beyond by providing you with one of our brand-new loaner vehicles, also at no charge.
