John was very helpful in pointing out the features of Hyundai cars, which I wasn't very familiar with before my first visit. I test drove a car the second time and after a lot of shopping decided that Hyundai provided great value; lots of features for a very reasonable price. Never once did I feel pressured. When I finally found a car with the right mix of miles, features, model year, and price I made him an offer and the process was very simple. The next day I picked up my car with new floor mats and a full tank of gas. I'm very pleased so far with my new (used) car. When the time eventually comes to get another car I will definitely be giving John another chance to earn my business. More
