I called to tell them that I had my car towed there on Memorial Day, and that I would call back on Tuesday w I was very satisfied with their service. Wow! They listened to my concerns, offered a diagnostic test, and a promise to call me back with the results. Sure enough, they called me back, explained the problem, the solution, and the cost to repair it. Later that morning they called to say I could pick up my car! I was very pleased! I had no appointment, and yet everything was a priority, because they knew I was an emergency client...my car broke down in Madison, and I live 100 miles away! More
