My frustration is that there was a 10-week wait to get an appointment. At the time I called I was told the vehicle (a 2021 Hyundai Palisade) was under bumper-to-bumper warranty. After that 10-week wait (which was not my choice), the vehicle was then 2,000 miles over the warranty. I find it extremely concerning that a vehicle that was purchased brand new from Hyundai would not be covered by the warranty simply because the mileage was over due to use during the wait period for an appointment. I think Hyundai should be ashamed of this decision. I cannot in good faith recommend a company that treats customers this way.
