Hello Sanjoa. The charge you mentioned from your visit in December was for the maintenance you approved on your vehicle. We did not charge you for applying the silicon spray to the door seal. At that time, the noise you were concerned about went away after the silicon spray was applied. We're sorry to hear if the noise has returned but, we did not charge you as you stated. It's great to see we have you rescheduled already to re-inspect the door but, do not feel this 1 -star review is warranted and hope you understand why.
