I came in for an oil change. After 1.5 hrs the advisor told me the honda dealer I went to for my last oil change stripped my screw and wanted me to pay 700 to replace the whole u After 1.5 hrs the advisor told me the honda dealer I went to for my last oil change stripped my screw and wanted me to pay 700 to replace the whole until. I asked for him to fix it until I figure out what's going on. Another hour later he said everything was done at no charge and didn't offer a receipt. I requested a receipt and was given one with little to no detail. It shouldn't have taken 1.5 hours for the service advisor to inform me that the screw was stripped. More

He showed favoritism over one customer to the next. My car is clearly first but he ignores me and walked past me to go to the other lady just to hand me my paper afterwards.
