The whole experience went much better than I anticipated. When we arrived at the dealership EVERYONE was pleasant and courteous (seemingly to any and all the customers being served). Although it's a more lengthy drive to get to Ziegler than some other dealerships in our area, this experience will definitely be a positive consideration when we are in need of service in the future.
