The worst buying/service experience I have ever had. Lied to every step of the way, anyone that tells you LoJack is included in a car and can't be removed because the Techs installed it in a secured are Lied to every step of the way, anyone that tells you LoJack is included in a car and can't be removed because the Techs installed it in a secured area is lying to you. The device fell out onto my feet while I was driving on the interstate, wrapping around my pedals. The device that was permanently installed was not secured, wrapped around existing OEM harnesses and I simply unplugged it. From finding the car on cars.com for $25,194, showing up to the dealership less than an hour later and the same car being priced over $30k with LoJack "installed", to being told I was "on my own" when the car that had a remote start included in the price and only included a valet key to being lied to about the quality of workmanship of all aspects of service, this is the absolute worst experience you could ever have buying a car. I wont recommend Zeigler to anyone, the only person to think outside the process/financials and willing to help was in management. More
