Very thorough. I went in for an oil change and they found some other things that needed to be repaired. Zack went above and beyond to contact the warranty company a I went in for an oil change and they found some other things that needed to be repaired. Zack went above and beyond to contact the warranty company and get everything covered. He explained everything to me, and given that it would take much longer to fix everything, offered me a loaner car. Excellent service! More
