"Quality of work" 4 stars because Ford My Touch is buggy, but no fault of Ziegler (I blame FoMoCo). Horn sounds twice when shutting passenger door (intermittently). Can't nail down the issue. "Price" 3 stars, cannot say any car on the market is priced "5 star excellent". What happened to a '68 Mustang for $2,500 buckaroos : ) More
