Look No Further! I have always been hesitant to trust dealerships because of my past experiences and from the horror stories I have heard from my colleges but Harold Z I have always been hesitant to trust dealerships because of my past experiences and from the horror stories I have heard from my colleges but Harold Zeigler was patient and cooperative and got me my dream car! My 2014 Ford Fusion has been amazing and I have to thank Timmy Geney for leading her to me for an amazing price! Now that would be a good story in itself but after my purchase I had an electrical problem which was covered under my insurance, the dealership (5 star ford) wanted me to pay 5x my deductible out of pocket! It was after 2 days of aruging and headache that I decided to call Timmy and explain my situation. He instantly had my back, gave me advice and when that failed CALLED THEM HIMSELF! He worked it all our with their supervisor and I couldnt be more grateful. This is be my dealership for as long as it is up and running! More

This would be my first out of state vehicle purchase so I had many questions about how that would work, or if it was even possible. Steve helped me throughout my entire purchase experience. Within a day my paperwork was done and the trucked was locked in as mine, waiting for me to make the drive up in person to pick it up. Most recently, the Ziegler team went above and beyond (in my eyes) to find the replacement vehicle for our daughter after her rollover accident (not her fault) totaled her three month used Mercury Mariner Hybrid. Mike Romence searched and miraculously found an exact replica of what she had! The dealership sent drivers to transport it from Ohio, got it checked out in the Service Department, made sure everything was in order in the Finance Department, and we were on our way.
