Horrible GM- Matt Thomas I traveled from Muskegon, MI to Lowell, MI (about an hour drive) to purchase a 2013 Ford Escape. The process of buying the car was altogether around 4 I traveled from Muskegon, MI to Lowell, MI (about an hour drive) to purchase a 2013 Ford Escape. The process of buying the car was altogether around 4 hours, not bad. Our Sales rep Corey, along with Keegan were more than accommodating and helped us get to take the vehicle home. After having the vehicle for a little over a week the car broke down completely. Corey did everything in his power to get the car repaired, cover the cost, and provide a temporary vehicle in the meantime. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the repair shop informed us that not all the repairs were done, because of this I spoke to the GM of Ziegler Ford in Lowell, MATT THOMAS. Matt was immediately defensive, unreasonable, he provided zero customer service, and gave me an ultimatum on weather I would prefer one part be fixed over another (Coil vs. Spark Plugs). When I informed him the part that was not repaired (spark plugs) were directly related to the faults in the vehicle, he asked "So you are a mechanic now?" He provided zero help to the situation. If you buy a car Ziegler Ford in Lowell, MI hopefully you do not have to speak to Matt Thomas. A company with this kind of leadership is not one I would recommend to anyone. More
