A Great Experience! I had one of the best car buying experiences of my life this past week at Zeigler Ford in Lowell, MI. I had just been to a different dealer for a test I had one of the best car buying experiences of my life this past week at Zeigler Ford in Lowell, MI. I had just been to a different dealer for a test drive and was throughally unimpressed. I remembered seeing a 2012 Ford Focus online. I called Zeigler Ford to see if it was still available. They transferred my call to Will Walton. He assured me the car was on the lot and he instantly had a working knowledge of the car. I asked to come for a test drive and told him I was about 30 minutes away. When I arrived Will had already warmed up the car and had it parked right in front of the dealership so I would not have to walk around in the cold looking for it. The test drive went great. I knew this was the car I wanted, great mileage, in great shape, and an amazing price. Over the next few days Will and I stayed in contact as they made sure the car was cleaned, filled with gas, had new wiper plades, and that everything was in working order. When I arrived at the dealership to sign papers and pick up the car he had it parked in the garage, cleaned and ready for my life’s adventure. It was truly an amazing experience and well worth the two hour drive from home. It felt great to buy a car from such a great person. Next time you are in the market for a car Will Walton is the guy to see! More
