Zeigler Ford of Lowell's service department is AWESOME. I brought my Ford Focus in for service on 8/22 with a transmission issue. With the current climate of COVID I did not expect to get it back for at leas brought my Ford Focus in for service on 8/22 with a transmission issue. With the current climate of COVID I did not expect to get it back for at least a week. I had set up an appointment just the night before.
