Zach made us feel like he truly wanted us to get what we wanted, never pushing us to break beyond our price range or to steer us to buy a new vehicle instead. He showed us our options and let us decide. After test driving the Explorer, we decided to sleep on it before making the decision to purchase. Zach shared more information regarding options that are fairly uncommon for our Explorer to let us know it may be attractive to other buyers, but never made us feel cornered into making a decision right away. After deciding to purchase, Zach and the maintenance team found some fixes that needed to be done to the vehicle and did not charge us anything extra to complete the repairs.
